Manufactured in their factory environment in Omagh Co. Tyrone, the MCC cabins are delivered in module form, and installed and insulated quickly. Prior to engaging with Pass Door Systems MCC used a variety of door options ranging from PVC to imported multipoint lock doors for additional security.
Pass Door Systems demonstrated at the initial meeting that we could provide a variety of doors that were aesthetically more pleasing that the current doors that were being installed. Following these early discussions we noted some of the current frustrations of the potential client including excessive water ingress on some PVC open-in doors, time taken to install doors and also time taken to finish off and trim doors.
Pass Door Systems developed and introduced several installation & frame options to MCC aimed specifically for the modular sector to help improve the status quo:
- Front Fix: Open Out – With a minimum 50mm frame width achievable this ERA multipoint locking solution enabled MCC to install an open out door that was fully finished on the outside once installed. Another big selling point for MCC was that they could install the door in a matter of minutes.
- Open In & Open Out – Again with a minimum 50mm frame width achievable this ERA multipoint locking solution enabled MCC to install both open in & out doors that were fully finished on the inside once installed. They updated that these solutions saved lots of time at installation.
