Fire prevention on construction sites & conservation of fuel & power – FD30 and with a U-Value of 1.6 W/m2K, the Therma+ fire door meets both the requirements of JCOP 10.1 & Part L.
The Therma+ FD30 Fire Door has a number of great benefits:
- Achieves 30 minutes (E) fire resistance to BS EN13501-2
- Fitted with certified Arrone mortice locks and the AR5500 EN2-5 door closer as standard
- Compliant with Part L of the latest building regs for U-Values in England 1.6 W/m2K
